Tiffany Mittal and her Husband work on opposite sides of our multifamily investments, he works as the owner, and Tiffany works as a vendor in the proptech space. She pivoted into real estate technology as she became more aware of how hard it was for them to use the available technology as a small owner. Nobody would service them or take them seriously unless they had a minimum of 1000 units under management. Her husband\'s family has a portfolio of 3000 units and they used to dangle the carrot of their portfolio to get anyone to pay attention to them, using themselves and the \'beta clients\' to hopefully get their foot in the door with his family\'s portfolio. Finally, they got so frustrated Tiffany decided to work for one of the vendors they wanted to use in the hopes they would have to take them in as a client by default. Her pivot into proptech has been instrumental to get them where they are today with thier proptech company called Utility Ranger. Grant Cardone and 10XIncubator bought half thier company in 2021 and they just launched it with him in Feb of 2023.
