Alexander is a Baltimore native who\xa0began his Residential Real Estate\xa0career in 2011 after graduating from\xa0West Virginia University. \u2018Xander\u2019, as\xa0he is known, quickly realized a\xa0passion for the Residential\xa0Investment side of the business. He\xa0worked from the start with Craig\xa0Reich in developing CR of Maryland\xa0into one of the premier Residential\xa0Real Estate Companies in Baltimore.\xa0CR now owns and manages over\xa0380 single family rental properties,\xa0and will renovate over 200\xa0properties in 2022. Over the years,\xa0Xander has worn numerous hats and\xa0helped oversee each facet of the\xa0company through various stages of\xa0growth. Today, he is part owner and\xa0also the Director of Sales, overseeing\xa0all acquisitions and sales for the\xa0company. Xander is a Marylandlicensed\xa0real estate agent the listing\xa0agent on all CR homes. This also\xa0allows Alexander to build valuable\xa0relationships with other local\xa0Realtors in addition to our clients.\xa0Outside of the office, he resides in\xa0Baltimore with his wife and two\xa0dogs and is an avid Baltimore sports fan.
