Arn Cenedella is a real estate broker and investor with over 43 years experience\\xa0in the industry. Arn Cenedella completed his graduate education receiving an MS\\xa0in Physical Chemistry from the University of Michigan and then joined Cenedella\\xa0& Co Menlo Park CA and started his residential brokerage career in 1978.
Arn built a thriving Silicon Valley residential brokerage business while\\xa0accumulating a sizable portfolio of single family rental homes, both in the SF Bay\\xa0Area and across the US.
Over this time, Arn helped many other investors build their real estate portfolios\\xa0and is well-versed in market analysis, property acquisition, property\\xa0management, financing, syndication, taxation, and 1031 exchanges.
Arn and Laura left their life-long home on the San Francisco Peninsula and\\xa0moved to Greenville, South Carolina to start a new life adventure in 2014.
As Arn transitioned his single family portfolio into multifamily properties, Spark\\xa0Investment Group was formed to help busy professionals and parents reap the\\xa0benefits of commercial real estate investment.
