Chris Redd (“Saturday Night Live,” “Popstar”) tells Mike about pitching “Come Back Barack” to Chance The Rapper, his process, a comedy pilot with Mark Little, “Popstar,” auditioning for “SNL” and getting the call from Lorne Michaels. Mike O’Brien (“Saturday Night Live,” “A.P. Bio”) tells Mike about his festival experience, getting into comedy, improv at Second City, auditioning for “SNL,” Canadian humour, being hired as a writer by Seth Meyers, a failed pitch to Betty White and Lorne Michaels. For dessert, Shane describes the highs and lows of shooting Digital Desserts in Montreal and his attempt at redemption with The Bachelor’s Vanessa Grimaldi.
