Dear dreamers of 2022,

You have the world's richest billionaire promising to send one million humans to Mars by 2050. You listen in awe, but something doesn't seem quite right. right?

First off, let me just tell you, that didn\u2019t happen. The race to conquer space, in fact, will be recognized as the century's biggest cover-up. While a few orbiting space hotels can still be observed drifting among the swaths of satellites and space garbage, Earth's resource wars had stopped space colonization efforts by the mid 2030s.

But we did not know this. And no one outside of the circle knew the truth about why Mars was so important.

The operations supposedly aimed at terraforming and colonizing Mars were actually a coverup for humanity's survival on Earth. Governments and businesses participating in the initiatives recognized humanity couldn't take the truth, so they did everything they could to keep it hidden. They kept the populous fighting each other while feeding the promises of escape from a dying planet and civilisation, and they built out the colony on Earth right under our noses.

NASA announced the MarsXR Challenge in June 2022 to assist in the development of virtual reality assets and scenarios for scientific purposes. The hyper-realistic MarsXR environment will become the source for the phony updates from the fake Mars colony.
