It appears that your leaders were well aware that the transition to a green economy was doomed from the start.

Knowing this, foreign leaders chose not to frighten the public by exaggerating little victories and concealing major failures, while U.S. politicians battled needlessly on less important matters from opposite ends of opposing party lines.

While it would have been counterproductive to entirely divest from fossil fuel businesses for the duration of the transition, the oil sector merely sold its equipment to others that were unregulated and dirtier.

With misguided influencers like a shock jock named Joe Rogan presenting skepticism and conspiracy theories on a silver platter to millions of followers, the ingrained social media loudmouths simply added to the stalling of combating the climate crisis.

This occurred under the guise of the carbon credits crisis, delaying the effective implementation of comprehensive carbon price legislation. Simply put, there were too many moving elements and too many actors in the fossil fuel sector unwilling to accomplish what was required into the 2030s. This is why, in 2033, the world will look to ANNA, the artificial neural network, to create and implement her strategy to address the climate issues.

Reality is defined by perception. You must learn to be better observers in an age where individuals seeking your attention will do and say everything to grab it. While we don't envy your difficult experiences, we would do anything to be able to go back in time and help change the disastrous future you helped create.

You will not be able to unite as long as your politicians fight for their own political parties like two high school alpha bullies on the playground.

Humans will make as littel sacrifices as possible until it is too late. And I'm getting the impression that it's getting too late for us and you.
