A message from 2050 by JUL-312 about the state of the future and our mission.

Good humans of the world, my name is JUL-312.

Ten days ago, you heard from my colleague through a broadcast we feared would not be possible. If you did not hear the message, I’ll sum it up here.

During the 2020s, the rise of artificial intelligence and massive surveillance created a broad understanding of what humans are.

By spring 2033 we reached General AI and witnessed a convergence of free-thinking systems that ultimately became a single globally connected computer.

As climate change and social unrest threatened our existence, we turned to this global system to help. It did…

It fixed everything. And in the 2040’s we found ourselves in a utopia that would seem completely science fiction in your time.

But 2 years ago, in 2048, this reality came crashing down. At least for me and a small group of individuals that has since become a team on a mission to save humanity from certain destruction.

This team includes a growing number of special humans with unique powers that would in your time, be considered as disabilities or tragedies.

Because we were forced to experience the world in the past differently than most others, we learned to see the world not just as we thought it was, but from the multiple perspectives that gave us these abilities.

My personal ability stems from my blindness as a child. Because I couldn’t trust my own eyes, I learned to question reality and see multiple storylines. This essentially allowed me to see the truth during the split-second big Glitch that shock the system two years ago.

Now, my team and I hide from the Global Brain inside a digital world as we work together in this fight to rewrite the present, your future.

We have found this wormhole thru time and space to deliver these messages to you every 10 days. Keep your eyes and ears open for these and start to find the hope in each other as you work to build your character.

We cannot stop the rise of the Global Brain, so we must retrain it to see humans as a united global civilization.

This will be hard at first but will catch on and spread as you lift each other up and play the world game.
