Mediation Station presents a first for it with "Antagonistic Mediator or Not" for conversation on Sunday July 16, 2017.\n\nOn August 19, 2016 an article first appeared in the Harvard Business Review called "Antagonistic Mediators Can Make Resolving Disputes Easier" as written by Professor Francesca Gino of the Harvard Business School. The article is based on research that basically presented that being antagonistic as a mediator will promote resolution for the mediation participants.\n\nOur show will have a lively conversation amongst Ricky Southwell and Alisia Bonnique with one presenting on behalf of the article's premise and the other presenting the counter point of it.\n\nJenny Padula is here this week to co-host.\n\nTune in to hear an engaging conversation and, if you feel interested to contribute, we encourage you to give us a call at 416 785 0680.\n\nYou can now listen to Mediation Station through the free Radioplayer Canada app http://radioplayer.ca/app/ (connect under CHHA 1610 AM).\n\nThis is in addition to www.chha1610am.ca (Click LISTEN LIVE icon) or Rogers Digital Cable Channel 951.\n\nPodcasts are available at https://soundcloud.com/transformag and at iTunes Podcasts and searching for Mediation Station in Arts.\n\nTwitter @FentenMediation
