\nWe talk about how he went straight to large multi-family in 1 year. This episode is pretty crazy to listen to because Cameron went from not really knowing that much about multi-family and within one year became an expert and bought his first complex which is 120 units. No single-family home or 20 unit or 40 unit straight to 100 plus which I think is amazing and really goes to show that anybody who is willing to put the work in can scale to that level pretty fast.
