The more valuable your practice is, the more irresistible it is. Simple!

If you’re having a tough time in practice right now, then what that tells me is that your community doesn’t see you as valuable…that might be tough to hear, but the good news is that it’s SOLVABLE.

Firstly, value is comprised of 3 key elements and they are quality, price and convenience.

[important] There is no hierarchy in these key elements, there are billion dollar businesses in each of these categories and you could have an incredibly successful practice by going deep into any one of them.

Typically, where you’ll run into trouble, is by trying to focus on all three.

Success in your practice will come from you going deep on one.
