You Must Choose an Audience

YOU MUST CHOOSE AN AUDIENCE.

With so much information out there, your real tribe and future fans won’t be able to hear or hire you if your message is generic.

You can have an inspiring message and I’ll thank you for it.

But I won’t pay you money unless I hear how you’ve been where I want to go or you have specific answers I’ve been looking for.

Specific answers go beyond inspiration. They go beyond knowing my problems and my possibilities.

Specific answers have mindset and skillsets and sequential steps to get from here to there.

That’s what people pay you for.

So you must identify your audience.

And it’s not enough to say “I don’t know”. You have to sit with the unknown in order to find the known.
