I ATE TOO MUCH!
But the contrast it provided was beautiful.
I’ve lost 16 pounds in 4 weeks with a specific plan.
And today I had a cheat meal.
I kept to my program for breakfast and lunch, which I was proud of. But come dinner, I went all in.
Halfway through my meal I was full but kept going in the name of freedom.
And it was in the gluttony of it all that I saw that this isn’t what I want all the time...
And that what I actually want is my normal plan around food that gives me energy and makes me feel good.
Sometimes it takes veering off course to appreciate the structure in your life (and business)...
