I’m seeing how simply observing the moments I’m angry is helping me stay present with the current moment that’s causing the anger, rather than distracting myself from it or blowing up in a fit of rage.

You, too, have moments when things don’t go how you want, when you want and you do whatever it is that you do in those moments.
