ANGER AND PERFECTIONISM.

I never thought of myself as a perfectionist. But the more I dug into what perfectionism is, the more I saw how ingrained it is in every day... especially in business and marketing.

I read a quote today in Heart of the Soul that said, “Perfectionism is leaking energy to a future that does not yet exist”.

Whoah!

There’s a fine line between setting goals and the desire of the future you’re living into and the “leaking of energy to a future that does not yet exist”.

What started out as a noble quest for a better life, became a preoccupation with a future I couldn’t grasp!

So what’s the answer? What do we do with this? Here are a few of my thoughts...
