Bridges on Earth
And while there are bridges on earth -\nThere will be those who them burn...\nAnd while the ships leave the ports -\nThere will be those, who are waiting for them to return...\nAnd while the sunset is spreading in the sky -\nThere will be a new dawn...\nAnd there will be someone who loves you a lot\nAnd those who do not...\nAnd as long as there are reasons for crying -\nThere will be those who pour bitter tears...\nAs long as there are seasons for loving - \nThere will be those who spend the sweet years... \nSomeone hearing a roar, is scared of the storms,\nSomeone hears the fireworks, \nAnother are frightened of bombs...\nAnd while the concept of sleep exists-\nSomeone will sleep the least...\nDistances and miles go by\nSomeone's about to born, another to die...\nAnd the threads will always be tangled in knots,\nAnd there will be the boats in the shore \nAnd those who have lost... No less no more...\nAnd the words will transfer in a mess:\nYou want to say something, but you say much less,\nNot every question will be asked out loud,\nNor answered - nothingness still goes around...\nSometimes two ain't enough for the eternal love\nSometimes - just one...\nSometimes when one returns, \nanother has just gone...\nAt great depths we want heights\nOff-road we struggle to find the way...\nAnd if it's gone, we want the moment stay\nAs long as there are bridges on the earth,\nI cannot reach you, or we cannot both...\nThe wave won't stir the ocean's surface \nMy poetry will not become your prose...\nBut if the time is lost - I'll recognise your face...
