Phil Proctor
As cofounder of\xa0Firesign Theater,\xa0Phil Proctor\xa0influenced several generations of comedy fans. (One of them was Steve Jobs.) Younger people may know him better as the voice of Howard Seville on\xa0The Rugrats. He\u2019s still going strong, providing voices for video games, animated movies like\xa0Toy Story\xa0and\xa0Monsters Inc., and costarring in the YouTube comedy series, \u201cBoomers on a Bench.\u201d There\u2019s nothing Phil hasn\u2019t done in show business; he and the Firesign gang even wrote the first psychedelic rock Western,\xa0Zachariah, back in 1971.
