They are operating within a\xa0paradigm\xa0that dictates a certain approach and commitment to work and life; choices are limited and it\u2019s not ok to step outside the lines. However, they are encountering a generation that appears to have decided the predefined box of how work and life is, does NOT work for them.\xa0\xa0
