It\u2019s inevitable; no one of us is immune to this experience. At some point, our lives will be turned completely upside down\u2026 sometimes because of a decision we made or an action we took and sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control.
As the saying goes: We don\u2019t get to choose what happens to us; we get to choose how we respond to what happens to us. And that makes all the difference! Maria has experienced a few upheavals in her life and today she shares some of what she\u2019s learned through the process.
