Guys! There are about 50 billion diets out in the world today. I am not dogging on them but we all have different bodies and those diets all work for someone. I never thought I would have to diet in my lifetime. I had bad eating habits and ate for the wrong reasons and I ended up gaining way more weight than I wanted to. 

Let's get real. Most of the time, it is a negative state we are trying to change with food and we turn to comfort food but it doesn't actually make us feel better for a long period of time but eating changes our body! 

If we want to change how we feel, we must change our body because falling back on food can be dangerous.
