COMPLIMENTS ARE NOT ABOUT YOU! Have you heard the LifeRs creed yet? "Nobody can make me feel anything" is just a little piece of it and we are going to incorporate this into our topic today. We look at the world as if we are the center and it's rough and built-in. It makes sense because we have to survive but it is not about you! This goes for all sorts of things. I have dealt with this a lot in the performing arts and it is tricky.
