This is the second day in a row that I’m speaking to someone who has just announced his retirement – but today’s story is rather different from yesterday’s, as the guest in question is only 29 years old. Charl du Toit announced his retirement from professional sport on Wednesday, shortly after winning a silver medal at the commonwealth games. It was a fitting end to his paralympic, commonwealth and world championship success.
