I’m so excited to welcome our next guest today because I have been a fan of her cooking ever since her first recipe book called Bitten came out in 2012. If you open up my copy at home you will see that it is well used – from the tomato tart to the Moroccan banana pancakes, the sesame peanut chicken, the carrot and coriander soup and the wonderfully named “why he married me bacon pasta”, those pages are properly splattered and that’s a sure sign that I’ve come back to those recipes time and again.
