What is Tantra?

Tantra was introduced 5,000 years ago as a practice of embodied meditation that incorporated touch, sound, awareness, pleasure, intuition, and lovemaking as a healing modality. Tantra is the art of being totally present to whatever arises in life and embracing it all. Living tantra means living an authentic life, where we allow ourselves to be in our bodies, not in our heads, and to surrender to life, not resist it.\xa0
