Therapy, yoga, and shamanism are all healing modalities that offer tools and practices more anchored in the masculine energy.\xa0 Whilst the tradition of Tantra offers elements of these other modalities, it differs in that it\u2019s approach to healing is to balance masculine energy with feminine energy. This holistic approach brings aliveness to descending into the human experience to birth an embodied awakening.
