Creating Inner Safety: Come Back to Union

How safe do you feel in life, love, and relationships?\xa0 Are you running a constant fight/flight response within your nervous system? The cultivation of our own safety and balancing the root chakra starts within; we can learn to create safety for ourselves, starting with three foundational elements:

1) A deep understanding of the nervous system, including how to bring yourself from being in the sympathetic nervous system response (fight/flight) to the parasympathetic response (rest & digest)

2) Understanding and asserting healthy boundaries when you need to create safety for yourself. \xa0 This includes a deeper awareness of your self-worth and understanding how the emotional body can signal what your boundaries lie

3) Inner Union of masculine and feminine.

In this episode, we start with exploring the union of the masculine and feminine:

  • Learn why we become chaotic or burnt out and how to bring ourselves into balance and ease
  • Discover how when we polarize too much into any extreme, we display unhealthy traits of the masculine and feminine
  • Understand how the masculine and feminine work together for intuitive wisdom and actioning our vision
  • Understanding our shadows and the nature of co-dependence
  • Learn how to shift the unhealthy patterns of your shadow into empowerment
