The Future of Love --- Matthew 6:1-18 The Law is clear. Loving the LORD your God with all your heart, soul, and strength is one of the most important commands we can strive toward. Naturally, if we truly believe that, this will lead to actions of devotion and love both to our Father and to those around us. But here is where we need to be very careful. Jesus wants to make sure we do these things for the right reasons. Is our worship and generosity a show for the recognition of others, like a player on a stage? Jesus challenges us to examine what we do privately; to see if the performance matches the performer.
