Where is a hidden gem to live in plain sight?

Hi everyone! What area has

Tons of beautiful historic homes to choose from

Excellent schools for the kids

Opportunities to play at and a spectacular golf course.

And where the tennis legend Jimmy Conners lived for the first ten years of his life!

If you guessed the west end of Belleville, you would be right!

Here are three great reasons to live there!

#1 Signal Hill Blvd. As soon as that is mentioned it immediately brings up images of towering two-story historic mansions, most built near the beginning of the Twentieth century. With the tree-lined island separating the Blvd. It is a place that many a family have dreamed of raising a family at. Of course, when you mention Signal Hill You can’t help but think of Signal hill School, located on the Blvd. A much sought-after school for kids from preschool to eighth grade!

#2 St Clair Country Club for those who join it. It has the best of everything. With great dining, tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool. But it is best known for its amazing golf course. So amazing that it has hosted many major tournaments in the area. With its rolling hills and not so large greens. It can be a challenge for even the best golfers out there. And as a bonus when you play the course you're surrounded by some of the nicest homes in the entire metro-east. Of course, I am talking about Country Club Place. A subdivision when you move there you won’t want to leave!

#3 King’s point. It might be home to the largest array of indoor tennis courts in the entire area. But it also has swimming, batting cages, and a host of other activities that are guaranteed to keep the whole family entertained for hours. And it’s located only a stone throw away from another Oak Hill subdivision. With its winding roads and beautiful homes. Makes it a great place to live!

Of course, West end Belleville has many more reasons to live there!

Such as If you work in St. Louis, your just minutes from your doorstep to your office door. But even if you don’t work there. Then you’re just a skip and a jump away from watching a Cardinal or a Blues game!

Having helped countless families not only buy but sell in the West end. If you know a family that is planning on doing either. Please have them drop me a line and I would love to help them! That’s all for this episode!
