Today\xa0is a solemn day for the lighting world. A great tree has fallen. Fred\xa0Foster,\xa0founder and CEO of Electronic Theater Controls, has left us.
As we reflect on this tremendous loss to our community, we might think about the idea of leaving a place better than we found it. There is no question that Fred Foster left this world and the lighting community much much better\xa0then he found it. \xa0We think that is quite special. \xa0
So thank you Fred, for all you have done for your family, your friends, and the world of lighting.\xa0 It will never be the same because of you, and it will certainly be better because of you.
