Matt Davies is a local San Diego native and graduate of Torrey Pines High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Cal State Fullerton in Jazz and Commercial Music Performance. Matt began his sales career in the medical device field. Matt's background in music and medical device sales contribute to his unique approach and passion when it comes to the analysis and acquisition of under-utilized properties and uncovering overlooked opportunities in San Diego's central neighborhoods. Matt specializes in the acquisition and assembly of urban infill development projects in North Park and surrounding areas. Matt is currently hyper-focused on uncovering opportunities in several of San Diego's most favorable Opportunity Zone census tracts.
