Create a boundary around screen time. Social media and Netflix are Ah-mazing when we use them intentionally. They also tend to be what we use to numb our uncomfortable feelings instead of tuning into what those feelings are trying to tell us. Create an experiment around turning off all electronic devices an hour before bed or limiting TV episodes to one or two/day. Use that boundary to see what emotions and needs come up for you when you\u2019re not numbing to highlight what other boundaries might allow you to really thrive.
