In this week\u2019s episode I sit down with Matt Cassidy. Matt Cassidy is a performer and producer who most recently starred in Forever Plaid with Starvox Entertainment at the Panasonic Theatre in Toronto. In our conversation today we discuss some of his experiences in the industry performing in shows such as Jersey Boys and Lord of the Rings, his experience producing Freezing: The Musical in Ottawa as well as what he learned from that experience and the advice he would give other people in the industry who are looking to get into producing. We also discuss where he sees theatre in Canada headed in the future and how it needs to morph.
