Work ethic is not the problem in the modern-day farm economy, we all know how to work. The issue is that the amount of time we are putting in, isn’t resulting in the gains we want in our life. Being a price maker means that you work X hours and control how much each of those hours is worth. This adds stability because you know how much you’ll have coming in on the other side of those hours and can plan accordingly.
