Happy Spooky Wednesday, y'all! This week we're heading down south with haunted locations in two different southern states. First, Kala talks about the Read House Hotel in Chatanooga, Tennesee. This location has been around since before the Civil War, and some of the injured soldiers from that time may still be lurking around. And while that on its own is creepy enough, the most popular ghost is a woman who was found murdered in a bathtub. This ghost is so active that the hotel owners decided to dedicate a whole room to her and keep it exactly as it was when she was alive. And Brittany discusses the Jerome Grand Hotel in Jerome, Arizona. This hotel got its start as a dynamite-proof hospital. Though it now caters to guests rather than patients, the patients of the past still seem to linger. They are active in several ways, including but not limited to disembodied coughing, voices, and labored breathing from corners, which Brittany really doesn't enjoy.
