\nAlicia Enciso is Nestl\xe9 USA\u2019s first ever Chief Marketing Officer - leveraging marketing as a force for good across the industry - in multicultural marketing, plant-based innovation, \u200b\u200band scaling mentorship for underrepresented groups. Alicia has served at Nestl\xe9 since 2013, starting as a VP of Communications in Mexico. Prior to Nestl\xe9 Alicia was Managing Director of the Zyman Group - a media consultancy where she led the group\u2019s operations in Mexico developing growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies. And Alicia spent eleven years at P&G - starting in Latin America and rising through the ranks across Personal Care, Home Care and Paper Divisions, where in 1997 she led P&G\u2019s then-largest Latin American acquisition, creating a new Paper Division for the region.
\nAlicia studied at Instituto Tecnol\xf3gico Aut\xf3nomo de M\xe9xico and Harvard University - and serves as the Vice-Chair of the ANA\u2019s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing.
