NEJM Authors Double Down on Their Claim That Lean = Taylorism

Drs. Groopman and Hartzband seem unwilling to learn about Lean and TPS. They have just now doubled down on their assertion that Lean equals Taylorism and that it's not appropriate for healthcare.
