On this episode of #LatinosOutLoud @Rachellaloca sits down with New York-based journalist, author, and filmmaker, Alberto Ferreras. The two long-time friends chat about his latest exhibit, Latinos in America: 1935-1945 that highlights Latinos who helped rebuild America after The Great Depression. Running now through June 12th at The Instituto Cervantes in NYC, the installation is a meticulously curated immersive showcase with images of nameless Latinos who made a big impact in this country. \nYou may also know Alberto as the author of the award-winning novel \u201cB as in Beauty\u201d, the plays \u201cHamlet in Harlem\u201d, and \u201cThe Miracle\u201d. He currently works as a creative consultant for Televisa Univision.
