Trucking issues out of spending bill

LLN (7/7/20) – A transportation spending bill leaves out controversial issues that would affect trucking. Also, the list of things delayed, put off, canceled or otherwise affected by protests, the pandemic and other factors includes some drug and alcohol testing procedures for truck drivers. And Arkansas voters will decide whether to continue a sales tax for roads; meanwhile, Maryland will end suspensions for red-light camera violations.
