Glazed and Confused is one of the hottest new businesses in Syracuse. Literally just celebrating their 1st anniversary a few weeks ago, their over the top donuts, along with their party atmosphere have made their location a MUST STOP for anyone visiting Syracuse. We talked to Paul Valenti aka "Paulie Donuts" about his business, donuts, and what new things he has in store for 2019!
