Joel may best be know as the host of A&E\u2019s hit series \u201cScraps\u201d and it seems like we always see him making an appearance on the NBC Today Show. He\u2019s also got a book \u201cCooking Scrappy\u201d and every time we see him he\u2019s got some other amazing idea in the works. (I mean who launches their own TV network with free content on cooking delicious AND sustainable foods.)
