JPAWCT - Serbia
In the first ever World Cup, this country competed as part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Eighty-eight years later, they'll compete for the 2nd time as the independent country of Serbia. Perhaps this year will be the first time Serbia qualifies for the Round of 16 in the actual World Cup, but we won't have to wait that long to see if they qualify for Joe's Round of 16.
