With an immense interest in Italian wines, Alice became an Italian Wine Ambassador in 2018. She has worked with various Italian government bodies to promote Italian wines in Hong Kong. She has also spoken on behalf of Italian wine consorzio at various B2B platforms. In 2017, he graduated with the Master of Science degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis.
