He is in charge of the Cachapoal \u2013 Andes winery, where San Pedro\u2019s five icon wines: Alta\xefr, Cabo de Hornos, Sideral, Kankana del Elqui and Tierras Moradas are made. His misi\xf3n is to spearhead research in the agricultural and productive areas, as well as implementing processes of excellence in order to craft the finest exponents in Chilean viticulture. Prior to joining the Vi\xf1a San Pedro winemaking team, Gabriel began his career as assistant winemaker for Vi\xf1a Cono Sur, and then he spent seven years as Chief Winemaker and Production Manager at Cousi\xf1o Macul winery, leading the production team from vineyard to the finished product, giving birth to their renowned wines. Education and International Experience Gabriel Mustakis graduated in Agricultural Engineering with a special mention in Winemaking from the Pontificia Universidad Cat\xf3lica de Chile,receiving his degree in 2006. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Agricultural and Winemaking Engineers of Chile. To complement his studies, in 2010 he carried out a Management and Business Administration Diploma at the Universidad del Desarrollo.
