She represents her family\u2019s wines and the Capezzana legacy around the world.\nBea\u2019s first job at the estate came by chance when her late older brother, Vittorio Contini Bonacossi, noted agronomist and winemaker, sought a translator for unexpected visitors. Vittorio immediately recognized his sister\u2019s potential for customer relations. Her other skill, discovered while she was a student in England, was sales. Soon after, her father, Count Ugo, sent Bea to the U.S. for a few weeks to study the nuances of the U.S. market with wine-industry legend Philip di Belardino, in New York.\nFilippo Contini Bonacossi is the fourth generation of Contini Bonacossi\u2019s family at Capezzana Estate. Filippo was born in Pisa on July 26, 1964, the last of seven children.\nHe studied Agriculture at University of Florence.He has been working at Capezzana for over 25 years together with his 2 sisters Beatrice, sales Director and Benedetta the winemaker. He is in charge of a very important product for Capezzana: The Extra Virgin Olive Oil. He takes on the administration part of the business, and travels around Italy to work with the Sales Team.
