A very important step has been in 2013, when the first georgian amphora (Kv\xe8vri) arrived in the winery and Vittorio started to apply long skin macerations to albana mosts (at the beginning almost as a joke, and now also as a real business).\xa0 The maceration of the indigenous white variety of the Romagna region is now his great passion.
