Despite dedicating his days to a different industry, a profound love for fine wine and cuisine already thrived within him. Most of his spare moments and vacations were spent traversing the Italian regions, delving into local culinary delights and traditional wines. As his passion for wine burgeoned, he enrolled in the Professional Sommelier Diploma course with the Italian Sommelier Association, initially with no intention of pursuing the final exams. However, the allure of wine steadily eclipsed his interest in computers and coding, leading him to complete the AIS Sommelier Diploma in 2013. That same year, he relocated to the UK to pursue an MSc in Wine Business Management at the Royal Agricultural University.\nWhile concluding his Master Dissertation, he seized an opportunity at HAY WINES, a small independent British wine merchants & importers. Eight years on, he remains with the company, now holding the title of Purchasing Director. His primary duties entail crafting purchasing strategies and overseeing imports management.\nConnect:\nFacebook: @MicheleTLongari\nInstagram: @micheletlongari\nTwitter: @MicheleTLongari\nLinkedIn: @micheletlongari\nWebsite: haywines.co.uk\n\n_______________________________ \n\xa0\nLet's keep in touch!
