Salvo's son, he showed an extreme interest in viticulture from an early age, following his father among the vineyards and cellars. After finishing high school and after a harvest in California, he attended the prestigious wine school in Beaune, in Burgundy, where he graduated in 2018. He continued his foreign experience in Burgundy and in other wine-growing areas of France (Loire, Champagne, Jura) where he came from in contact with the excellence of French enology. She later graduated from the University of Notre Dame and pursued wine on the East Coast with E. & J. Gallo Winery.
