He graduated at the top of his class at NYU in the Global Liberal Studies Program and then worked as consultant for Capgemini in both New York and San Francisco. Following this experience, he career-changed and pursued his passion for food enrolling in Le Grand Dipl\xf4me, an intensive full-time cuisine and pastry culinary program at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Upon graduation, he went on to work at Michelin 2-star ** restaurant Sur Mesure Par Thierry Marx which is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris. After this experience, he returned to the United States to become the National Protein Category Manager at Home Chef in Chicago, the nation's second largest meal kit company. From there, he co-founded an online specialty marketplace for Chefs called Orderve, which leveraged technology to make it easier for Chefs to find and order unique ingredients for their caf\xe9, bar or restaurant.
