After a day of shopping and information gathering, Norah and the twins find their new friend Nigel Cuttlescar has been captured by one of the two gangs wreaking havoc in the city of Freeport. In a hurry to save the Silverwood's and their allies, Norah rushes headlong into the next leg of this adventure.
