Gurevich discusses the case study of Archimandrite Philoumenos Hasapis, who was murdered in 1979 in Nablus and was later glorified as a Christian Saint in 2009. While certain factions claim that a Jew, \\u201cvile man,\\u201d or Zionists perpetrated the murder, Gurevich reveals that sources from the time are conflicting and inconclusive. The bloody descriptions of his murder, however, continue to be widely distributed and exploited within the context of Israeli-Palestinian conflict.'
