Internationally renowned artist Cecil Balmond presents his design for a work of public art, which will be installed at the area known as Black Hawk Mini Park; located at the southeast corner of the Dubuque and Washington Street intersections on the downtown Pedestrian Mall. The piece will provide a distinctive anchor to Iowa City's Downtown and reinforce our community as an international leader in the arts.
